Neudorf winery has been a mainstay in Nelson’s wine region since 1978, when Tim and Jude Finn planted their first vines. Nowadays production is led by General Manager and Winemaker Todd Stevens. 

Organic principles run to the very heart of what Neudorf Vineyard are all about, treading lightly, and proactive vineyard management to encourage balance and harmony in the vineyard, without resorting to agricultural sprays. They also do their own composting, and are putting solar panels on the winery roof to harness the long Nelson sunshine hours.

Neudorf seeks to capture the essence of ‘Moutere’ with its fine selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and Riesling wines. Neudorf also takes a seat amongst the prestigious ‘Family of Twelve’ a collective of wineries engaged in helping to bring back charm and individuality into New Zealand wines.
