The 'fashion' trend that is Pinot Gris shows no sign of fading. And why should it when there are so many styles to choose from?  This selection covers dry to medium styles, simple tank fermented to funky barrel fermented styles, painting this style with all the colours that it can be.

All these wines are delicious served chilled as an aperitif and work well with seafood and lightly spiced white meat or fish dishes. Also good with Asian style meals. The wines have delicate flavours with a palate which is full and rich.  Pinot Gris finishes clean and crisp with a touch of spiciness in an off-dry style. A great texture and lingering finish add to the magic that is Central Otago and Marlborough.
